PATRICIA - President
Patricia is an experienced marketing strategist, market researcher and brand developer. She has had the opportunity to live, study, and work in Latin America, Europe and the United States. These experiences have left her extremely sensitive to cultural variations.
She has worked with organizations such as Cisneros Group, AOL and DirectTV Latin-America, Pizza Hut, PuebloXtra Supermarkets, Leones Baseball Club, and MoneyGram International.
As President of The Idea Marketing, Patricia has applied her marketing expertise to an array of for profit, nonprofit and government organizations such as Denver Zoo, City and County of Denver, Mental Health Center of Denver, ACCION, Denver Housing Authority, Comcast, Nurse Family Partnership, RTD, Small Business Administration, Colorado Department of Education, VeriFone International, and Washington Department of Health CDPHE, among others.
Patricia holds dual MBAs from the IESA (Venezuela) and the ESCEM (France), a MS in Marketing Strategy from the University of Denver (Daniels College of Business), and a B.A. in Mass Communications. She is also an Access Denver ‘08 and a Leadership Denver ‘09 alumnus from the Denver Metro Chamber Leadership Foundation.
Moreover, she is a former adjunct professor of Integrated Marketing Communications for the MBA program at the Daniels Business School at the University of Denver.
She currently sits on the board of the Denver Botanic Gardens. She has also served on the boards of other organizations such as Mi Casa Resource Center, ProjectWise, Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce and the Denver Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
JOE - Creative Strategist
Our creative mastermind, Joe has extensive experience in multimedia and video production with an emphasis in production of educational video and multimedia projects.
He has developed numerous award-winning projects focused on social marketing issues for a variety of industries including health and education.
Joe has been the creative brain behind each single The Idea Marketing campaign. In this manner, he leads the accounts from the creative side, drafting a clear creative strategy for each brand and consequently translating branding strategies into campaigns. Composes the creative brief and safeguards maintenance of brand guidelines throughout the project. He manages the creative team encouraging innovative thinking and in-depth understanding of specific client needs and goals.
He holds an MA in Education and Technology from New York University.
HAYSEL - Marketing Strategist
Combining her studies in communications and policy, she has developed a proven track record of successful community relations and outreach campaigns. She is a master at getting individuals, groups and organizations involved and engaged towards positive social endeavors.
Haysel has worked on integrated communication campaigns for multinational companies across North American and the Caribbean. Her past clients include Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca, Chevron, the Organization of American States.
As Account Executive she is responsible for overseeing communications, processes and resources. Manages day-to-day client activities and liaises between The Idea Marketing, client teams and relevant stakeholders. Outlines a clear work methodology and work closely with clients to ensure deliverables are on time and budget.
She is a MS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University with a concentration in Global Commerce and Business.
IGGS - Media Director
A seasoned marketer, Iggs has vast experience in media and understands the media placement process like no other. Prior to joining The Idea Marketing, he
was part of the marketing team at DISH Network, a Fortune 200 company, which is a key player in the Satellite TV industry, where he managed marketing communications and branding,
In this manner, he is responsible for media planning, negotiating and securing paid advertising and earned coverage across a variety of media. Iggs translates client needs and objectives into media strategies and plans to ensure all efforts align with overall brand strategy.
He earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Denver. Iggs is a bilingual marketer and has spent part of his career focused on global markets.

GEORGE - Chief Illustrator
George is an imaginative designer with the ability to translate real images and ideas into cartoons and illustrations. It takes great talent and ability to translate ideas into a visual reality, and George posses both in spades. His extensive experience includes the creation of brand architectures, identity materials, website design, and cartoon animations.
During his personal time, he teaches and mentors young artists in drawing, illustration, portraiture, animations, human figures, photography, painting, and sculpting.
NANO - The Therapist
Nano, a fourteen-year-old Maltese, has truly grown up in the marketing and advertising industry. His mom, Patricia Lepiani, President of The Idea Marketing, first took him to work when he was only ten weeks old.
As soon as he gets to the office, he enthusiastically greets everyone, running around throughout the office, and then comfortably relaxes all day in his red couch.
He certainly did not have the opportunity to go to college but he knows more about psychology than anybody else. He sits down and listens to everyone’s problems to offer his best emotional support.
CHRISTIAN - Account Manager
A multicultural multilingual marketer, Christian hold a B.S. in Business Administration with a specialization in International Business from Lynn University. He also studied abroad in Rome at John Cabot University.
Prior to joining The Idea Marketing, Christian was part of the marketing team at Jarden Consumer Solutions, a Fortune 500 company, which owns some notable kitchen appliances brands such as Oster®, Crock-Pot®, Mr. Coffee®, and FoodSaver®. There he supported the development of new products, sales collateral, marketing communications, branding, and digital marketing campaigns.
