Public Relations

The Idea Marketing has been working with Denver Zoo, one of the top-ten most visited zoos in the nation, for the past eight years.

Through innovative communications campaigns, we have increased attendance, exceeded membership sign-up goals, and built awareness on the importance of conservation and sustainability efforts of the zoo.

We have dedicated to promoting a variety of Zoo programs, from exhibition openings to special project like Washed Ashore to time-honored events such as Zoo Lights.  As a measure of success, this past December we exceeded the Zoo Light’s attendance goal by over 30,000 guests!

The success factor of our efforts with Denver Zoo has been the effective integration of all marketing functions to develop synergies and maximize brand awareness: advertising, public relations, grassroots, creative concept development, social media, and community relations have been mixed to serve a common goal.
